I’m not sure the listing agent would act so fast so we stick with our own guy.If you get an offer turned down, do you just get told it was a no and that’s it?

Now if you go in the house and there is a XMAS tree and gifts all around it, then she took the rent money to celebrate XMAS and that is a no go.Also I have noticed that Paul is having his own financial situation and that tells me one of two things about situations.He is depending on this money to bail him out and if he does not get it then he himself will be in trouble.See that goes back to my principle of investing.

Over in the next county the magistrate makes evicting LLs present their whole case EVEN WHEN THE EVICTEE IS A NO SHOW.When I appear I pull out a thick folder stuffed with papers making it look like I'm loaded for bear and prepared for anything.Also, make sure your cell phone is off, here in this county the sheriff will confiscate offending phones.I've been to court where the other side's father actually hired an attorney.

Anyway I did speak to the owner, and the after going over the expenses it seems that there is no cash flow at all, though he was trying to tell me other wise, and kept saying things were picking up etc.So, that def was a no go, thanks for all your help :)

Unless you are referring to a no interest NO PAYMENTS...They WOULD still report to your credit but they cannot report anything negative unless you are actually paying late...

Once you have them.Your ads can be by the dozens, use bandit signs, craigslist, postlets.com, and sell actual listings that are great deals, a no-brainer, must-see price and beautiful home.

Very true although in my experience, attempting to ask or do anything when agents are involved that is creative, out of their confort zone, different, etc. will usually result in a "NO", but again, it shouldn't hurt to ask.Originally posted by Mark Brian:Just because you do not get your way on a deal, does not mean an agent did something wrong or is an idiot or did not present your offer.
