The park has about 1 million annual visitors and is doing a 3.3 million dollar renovation, they're building a Foggy Bottom restaurant like Broken Bow.

We wanted a short-term rental that was a unique property, in a good location, that would appeal to visitors for years to come.

The numbers of visitors to Glacier is only going up and up, I'd personally want to hang onto this property for long-term appreciation. 

And I want to have some control over who books (we like to avoid large parties of unrelated visitors). 

Most people do not want visitors using their main bathroom.

Wisconsin Dells is pretty small, but lots of visitors.

I plan to let them keep the cameras but will issue a warning, as well as will have them sign an addendum protecting myself from potential liability related to audio/video recording without visitors' consent, or privacy intrusion liability if the cameras are capturing parts of the neighbors' properties.

I'm looking to target the crowd looking to escape to the mountains for hiking, wineries, and visitors to shenendoah ntl park.
