My thing is I started wholesaling about 7 months ago and I got off to a great start, but unfortunately out of the 5 contracts I had locked in both (A-B and B-C) they all feel through and with RE being my passion it really put a dagger though my heart.

Competing with small mom and pop investors with 30 and 100 Billion (with a B) dollars, it wasn't real possible to compete for the same houses, because they would accept much lower returns.

Especially since you are in a B neighborhood people are going to expect nicer neighbors so you will keep having turnover if you let him stay.
