Is there a "silver bullet" application, preferably off the shelf, that I can customize to help me keep better tabs on all of my projects simultaneously?

He is a geologist too and has several silver mines in the area.

I would recommend Terence Ahlgren at American Eagle.

I always double check that when closing on a house, because I usually pay up front and somehow I find them charging me for an appraisal fee on the closing statement, so keep an eagle eye out for that.
