Is the house/rents factored as a house with a 2 car garage, or a house with a car port?

The 2nd cluster tends to be around the Warner Robbins area and the 3rd is down by Savannah,GA with the ports,tourism, and beaches.Those areas tend to be where most of the growth is.

The voucher can only be used within the jurisdiction of the PHA that the voucher is currently issued under, although the voucher holder can request to "port" the voucher to another jurisdiction, which could be within your state of any other state.

From my experiences as a fellow Aussie investor, I have found it considerably easier to access finance here in AU through LOC or unsecured lending, investors etc rather than trying to get HELOC on low value properties.

If you're in a high density neighborhood, I would suggest renting the spaces is not ideal - - you're actually creating a negative marketing situation, where down the street spaces come with the units, but not yours :thumbs down:I have lockable garages with my MFU and most only come with car ports - - I win as they can serve as onsite, free storage units.Every amenity is a marketing advantage.

Alternative areas would include on the other side of town like Kensington, Juniata and Port Richmond.
