We should have a "good, bad and ugly" GP list for people to look up and avoid these GPs in the future.I wonder if anyone of you have heard of 711 Rescue and can let me know if this kind of company might be able to help the LPs.

I have noticed quite a few posters lately that are requesting help, opinions, prices and information on their properties where a good answer would require either the square footage, the location or both....and they provide neither.

Three and four units properties tend to be slightly more investor facing, but there are still a lot of regular buyers that pick up three and four units as well.
