Its a pain to live in a place and renovate it at the same time, though.Don't just look at properties you would live in your self when you're out looking.

Some will prefer to fix toilets and others will pay others to fix toilets, so they can pursue other activities.I guess it's all a matter of personal preference and no one outlook is either right, or wrong in the absolute sense.If your time is worth a few hundred bucks an hour, paying somebody $100 an hour to do something is the intelligent thing to do.

I go out looking for deals and then freeze.
