I know what I think .. first off any Lender out of Vegas MUST be Licensed by the state and NMLS registered other wise they are illegal .. so run his name on the  NMLS data base simply google it and put his name in.. here are things to look out for.1. rates to good to be true.. especially for someone who is beginning. 2. just like what you said  too easy to approve u 3. bad grammar4. all approved just need 500.00  for app fee then suck more money out of u then go dark

Whatsapp is a fantastic app for sharing vidoes, pictures, and voice messages. 

Well I’m no expert and still a beginner but going on Zillow or whicher app you use look at some decent deals and whos listing, see if they have a decent amount of fix and flip listings.  

Between VRBO / Airbnb apps, automated templates, and your boots on the ground team it’s very easy and not very time consuming (once you get it going- initial setup on new properties can keep you a bit busy).The only requirement is having your phone on and with you 24/7 to quickly respond to inquiries & questions.

tough to find.. however be careful your most likely going to get hit by scammers promising you loans if you just pay this or that app fee etc etc.. these folks are just trying to steal your money..
