I’m in the process of getting my real estate salesperson license to gain access to MLS listings as well.

Would love to hear your applications and utilize them within my business. I'm doing tpc compliant texting to motivated sellers to book appointments. 

I recently worte here on BP about an "8 acre" lots that was really 1.8 acres, and another lot that was listed at 1.6 acrea and was really 0.6 acres.

This property needed an extreme amount of clean up and haul away of items left behind.

I'd also find out who handles the listings and what they charge to do it.

There has to be a long list of complaints from the California DBO at this point.
