Potential clients do not know of NARPM; and their site is geared towards building membership, not necessarily referring potential clients to it's members.

While I agree with Collin on location, views and water front, I also think you can stand out by being unique.

My presentations were geared towards new construction, but there are ways to improve existing homes as well.The main keys are to understand how energy (heat/cold) moves through houses and how to eliminate the weak links in heat loss/gain. 

I think it's a slow motion train wreck as it stands.

What you're experiencing isn't normal, so I would suggest getting things set straight with your current management company quickly or changing gears and hiring a new PM.

And I think this is where the Midwest starts to stand out from red-haired step child of past decades to looking pretty good now.
