You will come out ahead more times than not in my opinion.  

I bought these about three years ago and was ahead of the curve a bit on this area but knew from experience that this area was a good bet.

So you are looking at least at geometric advancement.IDK what is going to happen, if we still need BP (probably yes), but I have a feeling that we can't judge the road ahead by looking into the rearview mirror.And this will impact our social life as well.

I am glad I moved ahead with Lexington as my familiarity with Louisville was pretty much 0.

TLDR: Go ahead and do it at your property if you want/need one for a personal reason and hope to break even financially when you want to sell.

What I can tell you is that I specifically got these locks because they appeared to have the most third-party app integrations, so I wouldn't be limiting my PMS options if I did move that direction in the future.For now though, I manually update the lock codes for each guest ahead of their arrival, which takes about 90 seconds in total - super quick and easy.
