Ie a property with 0 repairs required, then a house with small repairs, then a full remodel flip  that included adding and permitting new bathrooms, removal of walls, doors, windows etc etc. 

I'm sure you've seen some of these news reports with underpinning where they dug too much at one time and the wall collapsed and damaged a party wall damaging two houses. 

I have met with sea wall contractors, done a full home inspection and met with another structural engineer and seawall professional that did an inspection and performed soil density tests around the property.

Well, it's a basement, I just assumed it was concrete walls.

If you start with a dehumidifier right away, you can prevent any growth on the backside of the sheetrock, and once the walls and area are thoroughly dry, the mold will not continue to grow.

I was able to get a good deal on the house I was interested in due to this fact but it’s a half done flip/reno so there’s a lot of work halfway started throughout the house. 2 areas in particular I’m unsure of what to do with is the walls and attic, any suggestions or ideas of how you would be finish would be greatly appreciated (adding links to specific products are a bonus lol)!
