On the lower end, I have west of Detroit and some areas in Memphis, with preference currently in the Memphis area.

In the upper mid-west if you pay for the heat, then expect to be closer to 60%.

I have also been looking into hotels on the oregon coast but want to learn more.

To give a couple examples: a $200k house in the Midwest annual premium may be $1,200 a year and that same size house in the west might cost only a couple hundred dollars.

We are looking at a house on the West side of PCB and wondering everyones recommendations- would you choose a house- 2 blocks from beach with a golf cart- (I can link the VRBO for anyone to see) or go with a Townhouse in Horizon South.
