Depending on size, it could be used for outdoor boat/rv storage or parking if you have some sort of venue or events that happen close by.

I see a lot of votes for self storage, but since I live near by, I'd like to see an old school dance hall / live music venue.

Other considerations: weddings, medical, local construction projects with out of town contractors, festivals and events (concerts), families in town to visit families during holidays, etc.

People have to be in the area, I was thinking about just hosting a meet up at a local venue.

I have been slammed all summer with kids home from college, weddings, etc. and now plan to get back to it on this front.
