While part of me thinks that it's a good idea to invest with someone another part of me screams no haha.  

It is that feeling that makes you not give a stinky poop running butt naked with the check high in your hand  screaming and running like a lunatic bishslapping police officer Mordecai in tha fayce running away with giggling buttcheeks and all!

I wouldn't buy in that area again unless I could BRRR or just stumbled across a screaming deal.

We do know that the Park is booming and grows in visitors each year. 

Your name, your identity needs to scream "we are awesome, the best, no one comes close to us).

Come across to visitors as a real person. 

I always bring visitors there with or without kids.
