I work remotely for a company in NYC and it's easy to travel to the city when needed... plus $250k will buy you a small-to-medium house up here... even less if you go to one of the outer villages (I'm buying a 4/1.5 2048 sqft house with a 20x40 garage for $132K in Groton right now), but the population does get less diverse going out that far.

I'm looking at a couple of row houses in Baltimore County in the Loch Raven Village,Hillendale, Parkville areas.

They're on the Northern side of Edmondson Village on solid blocks.

The Village at Sunriver has breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, gift shops, a kids fun zone, sports equipment rentals, etc. 

I’m looking to invest in Syracuse and I came across a tax called Village Tax and School Tax.

Are there large/stable employers in the Ocala area or do many folks commute to Gainesville, Umatilla/Eustis, The Villages, etc for work?
