The best thing anyone can do is adapt and overcome. 

Life is always changing, we must adapt and continue to strive for growth in any given circumstance. 

Track your metrics and find what works and keep adapting to find what else could work in your local market (Craigslist adds, bandit signs, etc). 

I'm making more aggressive priced offers, giving more time on inspections, and making some other operational changes to adapt to selling homes during a pandemic, but that's different than expecting wide spread crashing of prices as a whole.

There are and still to come, many changes that will require us to navigate and adapt during these uncertain times - which we do in our profession daily.

This is just like starting to get personal training : you want to know exactly where you are now to see if you have to pivot and adapt? 

Couple that with the fact that most of the big cabin companies don't utilize many of the major booking platforms (as those are the platforms that will eventually put them out of business one day if they don't adapt), you've got yourself a property that doesn't NET money.

I adapted the TN lease into my own, with a few changes.

As an engineer Yankee military-type, everything in me wants to get to the bottom line right away, so I definitely have some adapting that needs to happen.
