The reason I say "before" any hypothetical correction is because cash out refinances on investment properties in the early years of the downturn were virtually unheard of... your HELOC(s) was/were cut off, and no one was doing cash out refis.

but that DTI calculation where after a certain amount of properties your dti will go towards 50%. even if you bring in TWICE the amount of mortgage in rental income(unheard of I know but for my argument lets say you can) , that number will go towards 50% ((mortgage) debt/income(2x mortgage rental income). 1/2 = 50%.

There are going to be thousands of people without power because the seawater shorted out the electrical systems in their houses and the public utilities companies will not be able to reconnect until they are repaired.Sadly for many folks, their electrical systems were damaged by flood waters and they did not have flood insurance as the storm surge went to levels unheard of here.
