DFW is very large and traffic can be an issue.

This is what you get when for decades you pursue a policy of endless "California lifestyle" of single family homes and single-occupant automobiles connected by roads wider than any reasonable person, except for a traffic engineer, would ever conceive of.Our politicians are business owners and landlords too, of course they want to perpetuate the status quo.

Once you get behind the wheel enough times, the novelty wears off and it becomes more about traffic, other drivers on the road, and getting from point A to point B.

@Ryan Sargent We have 4 vacation rentals thats located approx. 1,000 ft from the beach but you still have to cross a low traffic 4 lane road (2 lanes each way) so it takes 5-6 minutes to walk. 2-3 minutes for a bike ride which we do provide as well to make the trip easier for some.

The issue is that you have to find a way to market your site to direct traffic. 

It is about your traffic and what ever they deem to be "credible".Once your site is credible i.e. it converts well... you can then immediately look at PPC and Facebook ads, to make money right now immediately.You will automatically rank higher as long as your website is credible!
