New Investor with questions
Hey all! My name is Sean and I am new into this investing game. Currently I live in MD with my real estate license. Looking to relocate to Texas once I graduate college. Was thinking about moving to Dallas TX to start my journey. My plan right now is to move into a single family home while renting out the bedrooms to house hack while I can build capital while being an agent to grow my portfolio. Until then I am trying to learn as much as I can through bp podcasts and books. I guess my question is weather Dallas is a good place to live while being an investor. Can anyone help?

Hi @Sean McGrady ,
Dallas and Houston are both great places to start out, especially as an owner occupant. W2 income to investor is a common route, it’s incredibly accessible down here, and your strategy idea is excellent. Feel free to reach out if you have questions!
