I'm interested in finding deals within a 50 mile radius of WPB where I vacation every year and wondering who I can connect with on the side prior to my visit to see if my goals are realistic in the area. 

A sq ft price is just to get in the ball park and not very accurate at all.

Someone local who has familiarity with this would be your best person to give you the information you requested.

You are still going to get the best rate possible with your significant down payment and with good credit I'm assuming.
