As a matter of fact they are a must for proper bookkeeping, PMs are supposed to send the property owner detailed reports to show how the property is performing.

That being said, they would likely still require Architectural Plans...The biggest thing with these rear enclosed porches is determining (as based on the City's eyes) if/when they were Legally enclosed, or if they are technically supposed to have remained as an Open porch.

As an owner of one rental property, I found out that I was/am supposed to send a 1099 to a contractor who did some work for us on our rental property last year, and file a 1099 on that same contractor with the federal government.

The property should appraisal for more than what you bought it for, then once that happens are you supposed to go to local bank to get it refinanced and you get money back from the bank if it appraises for more?
