Checked into the value of putting my properties in LLC's and the answer I got was it wouldn't do me any good.When I have the LLC set up for my active business, I got liability insurance, and the insurance agent made sure I got an endorsement that covers me personally.

Requesting the docs will just confirm the PM was lying about when the eviction was filed which doesn't necessarily do me any good.
