I am having trouble wrapping my head around this all which is why I am stumbling with creating an enticing deal for the seller that would also be a good deal for me.

Hi everyone I'm about 1 week new to BP and I'm so glad I stumbled on this site.  

Hi guys I am a new member to big pocket and I just discovered this app just by stumbling on it.

I have listened to many podcast and read similar stories of people practically stumbling into apartments and getting the financing for the deal through various means, like private money lenders, commercial loans, seller financing, etc...

So just want to give an update in case someone in a similar position stumbles across this thread.

I stumbled across a webpage call “Real estate in your twenties” by Brandon Turner.

We often only hear the success stories and not the stumbles.

I am just wondering because I recently stumbled upon a property that would be a great buy and hold.
