A good Agent will be responsible both legally and knowledgeable of what is in the best interest to the buyer, However with the new regulations about to take place it is also important that you discuss the commission side of things with the agent so they can explain the new commission guidelines that are now about to go into place.

When I did my early high level due diligence it looked to me like they weren't issuing any new permits, but I would love to be wrong on that.I do know, having just stayed there in an airbnb, that even for existing permits the rules are extremely strict

My thought is to Open the LLC in a different state with lower costs and fewer regulations and relying on the insurance for protection (for any case, even if eventually ill decide to bring tenants into the property).I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.Thanks!
