Tailoring the document to include compensation only for homes that the agent assists you with should only take 30 seconds to type up, and many probably already have a standardized template document that covers that exact situation.It's a pretty straight forward scenario, so I'm not sure why you keep arguing with people who are responding to your post.

I'm in the Reno Tahoe area and there are new standards that insurance companies are looking at when considering insuring your property. 

I have no idea what the standard rate is for these services ism particularly in Ohio, so if someone can provide some input here it would greatly appreciated.

I do not recall there being a cost seg portion related to the STRs that make It better but I'm sure doing a standard cost set will also help for tax purposes depending on your goals.
