IMO, disclosure requirements do not put you at a disadvantage (I spin it as a positive verses "weekend wholesalers").If you both want the option to represent retail sales then you'd both need a license.

Kenneth LaVoie, I agree with Jon and Josh, except for one thing: you want to advertise where your customers are looking.I personally advertise only with a sign in the yard, and on postlets, which gets sent out to hotpads, etc, and I post the postlets ad on craigslist, which gets me most of my responses. so all of this is free.However, if your customer base doesn't have computers, and doesn't have web access, you are spinning your wheels.
