Why do you think you can just split a single-family into two units? 

Something to watch if you are mindful of the government being over-involved in nearly every single LLC registration.

I have only done single family so far and this will be the beginning of residential multi family.

Right now I want to invest in a multifamily or single home family and buy and hold it.

North of the River tends to house single family home bedroom communities.
