A few months ago I found a mentor simply by calling on a bandit sign and asking the guy for help and although it isn't what I was hoping it would be, I'm grateful for his help and his sincerity.

The main reason is because the rent in the area would put us in a tighter monthly budget than we are used to since rent is high compared to my housing allowance.

My wife and I have done one investment deal with my father, a fix and hold that we lived in for a couple years and have since rented out for the past 3 years.
