On this subject, I had a university professor who said that there is always someone in the class, whose grandparents die multiple times during the semester. 

I am in my last semester at UNT and looking to pursue my dream of growing a general contracting business as well as invest in real estate.

I’m super driven, have good soft skills, understand real estate relatively well (have tons to learn), I’m just concerned that my age will be a barrier and that I won’t get a good shot in my last semester to make a sale.I will likely be moving after this semester to another city, but would it still be worth it to get my license and try to make a sale or two while I’m still here?

I'm sure the argument is that school semesters end in December and people are looking to move then, but I've yet to come across any good student tenants looking to move mid school-year.

Live at home, or preferably your REI.  130/4 years= 32 hours or 16 per semester. 

I’m glad to hear that even though you had no prior experience in RE and MHP (like me) everything worked out fine… In my case, I’m putting a business plan together with my husband and hopefully, this first semester, we will purchase out first park!

If you think it could be beneficial, give it a semester or a year.

You may get some transfers looking for a January 1st move in after that point for spring semester.

However, I am currently living in State College finishing my last semester of school at Penn State.

The student’s parent co-signed, paying a semester’s rent upfront, covering them until year-end.
