I like Dave very much in fact I agree with most of his religious views as well ,but you must realize he actually made his millions on selling books and his conferences not real estate investing .

Not every charitable contribution gets a receipt, especially religious....and none of this counts direct help to those people someone knows, or donated school supplies etc..I've seen extraordinary and often very, very private generosity performed by people of all incomes.

Its not a religious argument.

Ex: amusement parks, sports arenas, concert venue, nightlife, major parks, universities, festivals, races.

The ballpark is set up as a multi-use complex that will host sports events, festivals, concerts and other entertainment options.In fact, during the Oct. 30 tour, the field was lined for baseball and had all the bases out and a pitching mound in place, but also had two goal posts up to show what it would look like to host a football game.

You can use the rule religiously.

Just like language in CCR's that preclude selling to certain ethnic groups or religious groups. those are still on title but are ignored and cant be enforced..really depends if there is an active HOA or these are just CCR's  active HOA you could have a fight.. just CCR's it would take a neighbor actually suing you.. and this is pretty rare since it cost money.

My personal survey indicates I shouldn't do business with Redfin or any of their agents since they clearly must support this stance which goes against my religious and social beliefs.
