Last summer when I listed my recently renovated Bellevue 4br/2ba sfh for rent at what I thought was an above market price I was flooded with inquiries and showings from people from new york / australia / the uk / sf bay area, who were recruited by amazon / microsoft / other smaller tech companies. 

There are also ways I can pay for it such as recruitment and the like.

You also know the HR and recruiting people in your field.   

We have not had trouble keeping the rooms filled, but again we have our kids their doing the recruiting with their friends. 

Quick question, why don't you get licensed first, it's pretty simple to get started and a minimal investment and you seem pretty motivated.Also, if you're contacting a large cre firm, I'm guessing it's one with hundreds of agents, they most likely have someone in recruitment you can get in contact with so you don't need to go directly to the head.

Is this just to recruit, or do you get any good information?  

I purchased a home for my family and I back in 2012 but recently been assigned to become a recruiter.

Looking at a different industry some employee recruiters will sometimes get paid on a monthly basis or at milestones.

Then the proof should include a superior's name that would probably like to know his recruit doesn't like to pay bills.
