I used to try and limit the customer's time talking with me on the jobsite....I pointed out to them that jobsite progress slowed down when they showed up, and started chatting with everyone, and that the project completion date was going to be pushed back.

Those sites also have ghost bidders pushing up the price so you will see properties leave and come back the next week after not hitting the reserve or when a ghost bidder wins by mistake.

@Jendayi Brandon I had a tenant who would consistently push things to the edge, I actually had to write in the lease rent was due by close of business on the 5th or he would be charged a late fee.

Most states do not require you to provide receipts.However, if you think the tenant will push back on the charges, show the evidence and stop the argument before it begins.

You have to go to the zoning board to get it approved but it is typically a formality, unless the neighbors push back it should get approved.
