You took the first leap, not continue the progress and grow your portfolio.

Progression...started with a few flips, then a few value add 1-4 family rentals, then the apartment community. 

I want to update this thread on my progress.

But if you are working with no margin for error and something goes wrong, you're in rolaids city and all the progress you made on your plan (and maybe even more) is suddenly at risk. 

Most of my staff respond well to my management style, but the low performers seem to end up hating me when they find themselves in the progressive disciplinary process.

There are plenty of online tools available to help you develop a plan which gives you the ability to track progress.
