Then he sprung the emotional support on me. i said not a problem as long as you provide the right documentation. which i know can be generated online for about $75.I just wanted to make sure i wouldnt be opening myself to issues in regards to the pets especaill if i said application is conditional on letter from landlord.

All of those stats are favorable (although most lenders and buyers would prefer a population twice that size).Gravel roads are a problem as most lenders hate them, and they will make getting a loan harder.But none of these items -- by themselves -- are a deal killer.You need to focus on how you scientifically are going to make money with this deal, using such tools as raising rents, cutting costs and filling vacant lots and homes.

If there are some subtleties, please DO read further:The problem as stated given HER historical treatment is minimal compared to the problem that might arise given MY historical treatment:I've looked at it on a square footage basis considering the building as having 4,000ft2 total as opposed to her 2,000ft2 total:(2,000ft2 aprtd. to Business for Garage,  Attic: %50)+  (200ft2 aprtd. to Home Office: %5)= 2, 200 aprtd. to Business Total: %551,000ft2 aprtd. to Rental:25%   800ft2 aprtd. to Personal Use: %20Note that I have put the Home Office and Business aprtt. in parenthesis because historically I have not teased them out.

Its been hyped as the next area for a long time but its never really gotten there, I think because of the bad reputation (true Brooklyn had that problem as well) and its not nearly as close as many of the other areas like BK or Queens.
