One must continuously develop a plan/strategy that is aimed toward fulfilling short and long-term goals, make mistakes and learn from those mistakes, and stay persistent in the face of (sometimes overwhelming) resistance.

I learned a lot from a very large company about the mentality it takes, the commitment it takes, and the persistence it takes to sell door to door.  

Be persistent even when my $1,000 is giving me no calls for the month.

The key is to do multiple silver ways consistently and persistently to be successful.

You use leverage and then put appreciation and principal paydown together and a lot of things can happen as long as you are patient and persistent

Persistence and perseverance.....

They can be persistent & they will gnaw their way in. 

If you put in consistent and persistent effort over time you will or you'll find another strategy!
