I go to the brick making plant here and the sod farm.  

I've been quoted by State Farm since I have my cars and home through them in Los Angeles and their rate is even higher per month. 

I'm hoping a CPA or tax lawyer can tell me what the IRS has considered 'sufficient' in the past or if the basis is ever called into question?  

Also, it is often productive to see which real estate agent has the most listings in the neighborhood - who "farms" the neighborhood - and talk with that person.
