During the process I recently learned that the title company working on my case is having a hard time insuring the title deed due to the new ruling which overturns the current foreclosure tax law leaving open the opportunity for the tax lien decision to be legally voided even after a year.

I think most investors would say - if you are cash flowing at or above your tolerance level and the property continues to appreciate at a rate at or better than your tolerance level (ROE), then hold and enjoy.

@Peter Walther, respectfully, judges do make mistakes, but unless overturned on appeal or made without jurisdiction, their decisions are final and are law.

Regarding Obamacare... the last poll I saw showed more people wanting it overturned than wanting it to stand, though neither were over 50% to declare a majority.

you could get that cash by selling, cash-out refi, or heloc, but of course if you do a cash-out or heloc, you'll have to factor that new debt service into your calculations...Calculate your ROE and you CoC return, and you'll probably find that they're pretty poor, and that you can get much better returns elsewhere...Good luck!
