Here in Orange County, this could lower the barrier to entry for a lot of people.  

I work primarily in the Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside County areas.  

But, if you have done 10, 15, 20 or 50 such deals, the chances of wearing an orange jump suit just went up.Here's another issue, when you get hooked in a real estate/finance violation, chances vary good that you used a bank for deposits, used the mail in the deal and from that you can get nailed for other serious federal charges.
