Even if you keep the balance at $0 and pay a $75/yr maintenance fee, I'd say that's worth it to have access to $100k in capital with nothing more than a mouse click, no questions asked.Note: I'll say upfront that my firm's post-close stand-alone HELOCs suck, so don't hit me up for that.
