Nice part having the Living Trust is you only need to Quickclaim from Personal to the Trust and all terms then apply to the newly added property too, no need for the Trust itself to be modified.

No offense intended, but your question has been answered many times before, but I'll contribute again....Contracts are unique to your area and need to comply with local custom, so get ther reviewed by a quaified person, which is not a guru.Addendums may be written on the spot and added to a base contract, but you need some contract knowledge to write any part of a contract, especially when you modify the basic contract.
