3) Make a ton of connections within the league.

It is hard to piece together what happened exactly because the stories don't match up, but it appears that Tenant A threatened/chased Tenant B's guests with a baseball bat after they rang her doorbell repeatedly at 2 AM (they had the wrong apartment), and then when an angry Tenant B confronted her, she yelled and screamed and hit him multiple times with her screen door.

But "I'm gonna distribute $X to myself each month," without actually doing it, is of course no different than "I'm gonna become a pro baseball player," without actually playing baseball.

The 100+yr old properties are not just built better then modern standards, there leagues beyond, like comparing a monster truck too a tonka truck, the difference is that vast. 

With this many people, this might be a syndication and regulated by the SEC --- don't call me a fear monger, just putting it out there since anything involving the SEC is way out of my league.
