Ive hired a lawyer and would like to know what more should i do expect going forward.

I suggest anyone wanting to invest in the island pay for a couple different lawyers time as a consult.

-Additionally, a lawyer would draft the lease and option contract.Questions:-Will most lenders accept the option fee and rental credit at closing as a seller concession, going towards the buyers down payment? 

I was thinking of having a lawyer draw up new articles for it and using it as a property management LLC to manage the 4 plex, my single family, and future homes.

I'm talking to a real estate lawyer tomorrow for some guidance, but in the meantime I'd really appreciate any advice about this situation, as I'm completely confused about what to do here.
