Removing someone out of a house you brought together

Posted

Good afternoon, I have a question and hoping i can receive some guidance. I purchased a house with my ex-fiancé in 2022 from her family. I put in approximately $16,000 and she only provided $4,000. By 2023 the relationship has dissolved and she wont move out of the house. Since 2024 I haven't received any compensation from her. Took her to small claims court in March and the Judge ordered us to do everything 50/50 on utilities and mortgage. I was also informed that she has equitable title towards the selling of the house. It is now going to May and I haven't   received money towards the mortgage and i even contributed to the utilities (silly me not wanting to get in trouble). Ive hired a lawyer and would like to know what more should i do expect going forward. Thank you.
