I don't want to be stuck with a few months of double payments, but I don't want to be homeless for a couple months either...

I am in a market where the labor in that field is short...i have considered going a la carte with different contractors, talking to builders that are slow, the homeless (just kidding)....

Living on the streets homeless is a 9-5.

We don't rent section 8, we rent one step above homeless shelter.

More and more families in my area are going homeless; for one wild guess, I'm going to say from foreclosures.

Cross your fingers that they just haven't moved out because they'd be homeless and haven't found another place rather than they're just vengeful and clueless.

Always looking to see what other communities do and how effective it is at housing the folks that otherwise tend to be homeless and cost us a ton of tax dollars. 

This news was bolstered with an announcement from the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development stating that they would dedicate $62 million dollars toward a rental assistance program to bring 9000 homeless vets off the street.

The violence killed more than 40 people and left more than 5,000 people homeless.
