Tenant shall ensure that the pet(s) shall not bite, injure or harm any individual or other pet(s), and shall not disturb others (neighbors or guests) or cause damage to the Dwelling Unit or the premises.

To be able to represent sellers (or buyers) in the marketing of their properties, one must go through an educational process and pass an exam attempting to insure that he has a certain basic level of knowledge so he will "do no harm' to the client he represents.

If the realtor is knowledgable, there is no harm in letting them know you are wholesaling the property. 

I have had problems but was able to exit without  much harm.

What harm has been done to the lender?

We use an AMC for Appraisals, Broker Price Opinions, and AVMs.It is so much more helpful for us than Zillow - which is actually harmful. 

I have never seen any harm in trying.

I really meant no harm. 

They also can't understand the harm that can be done with sellers because they don't know what all goes on, but if a seller does complain, great, maybe they will understand what a real estate commission or judge tells, until then, most will just be a public nuisance.

I don't see any harm in doing this if you are ok with giving money out.
