Despite me being the active partner in our business, I also used a tip from the podcasts and started giving her a bonus once a deal was done. 

Also, I've offered bonuses to RE agents, especially those that seem to get a lot of relocations.  

I make more renting each br separately in a 2br unit.I offer my cleaner and/or my other unit tenants a commission bonus ($50) for showing the place to someone who signs a lease (docusigned directly with me from afar).

@Kathryn Stevens As a licensed contractor I am not looking for bonuses to get done faster .

Contributing to either a traditional or Roth IRA can be an added bonus.
