I think the government subs to unemployment has really helped a lot of people make ends meet if they were affected by Covid, to date we haven't had any evictions due to the virus, and we have 30 units in Fairfield and New Haven county. 

As you can see, your mindset is the foundation you had in place before the virus arrived.

@Jay Yoo@Ray Evans1) A CARES Act Distribution is not subject to the 10% penalty that applies to early distributions (i.e. distributions taken before one turns 59.5).2) A CARES Act distribution is still subject to income tax (not capital gains tax).3) Keep in mind that in order to take a distribution under the CARES Act you must have been impacted by the virus in one of the enumerated ways & your current account provider must allow you to take a CARES Act distribution.

When this virus happened back in March, I didn’t stop making my payments on my mortgage.

@Neil Polehn- not sure if your are old enough to start drawling from your 401k but if not....there was a Corona Virus relief package that will allow you to early withdrawal up to $100k without paying the normal 10% penalty.

Tougher now with the virus going around, but still possible.

Just use lots of bleach and chemicals that kill viruses and you will be fine.

Taking the place of statement sunglasses, facial hair, or a bold lipstick, a face mask is now the first thing a person sees when they look at you (not to mention that masks are massively important to slowing the spread of a virus that’s currently out of control).
