If they are telling their buying clients about how the market is about to explode to new record high prices I’d have a big problem. 

The Fort Bend/ sugar land area is popping, the clear lake/ Webster area is exploding and the woodlands/ conroe areas are poppin. you also see good growth in the Katy area (west) when looking at a Houston map look at the tiny circle and draw a big backward "C"  around it and those areas where your "C" are the bad areas of Houston.

And also, don’t walk in to the meeting and use the phrase “LLC” or the lawyers head may explode.

Dillon was a good buy just last year, but is now exploding in value.

Waller County is much more rural than Harris or Fort Bend County and does not have the same tax base size or wealth to support the school bond initiatives the others have had over the last 15-20 years while their growth exploded.

Plenty of those around Atlanta.Yeah, Westside is exploding with investor activity but you'll run into competition throughout most of the MSA.

Huntsville is an exploding market with more growth projected.

After analyzing the deal, considering there are 4 people in on the deal - the net splits would be 17 - 25k per person (modestly, playing it safe - it can be a lot more if the market explodes).

While a fun city to live in, prices there have exploded since I first moved to Texas (12 years ago). 

It's seems like a potentially 2nd California without the bad politics and worse weather during the hot months, I wonder if the market will really explode or just slowly tick up over time...
