Why market your business if you are not established and able to sign a legal contract?

Keep in mind though that even established and legit lenders can charge exorbitant interest fees, interest rates, point and/ or even profit splits. 

Knowing Anthony is a GP and most of the feedback any GP gets on LinkedIn is from other GP and operators, the definition of success and therefore the competitive advantages that led to that success may be different.Track record: as we are seeing, a lot of established GPs are having trouble with deals, and either already have or are likely to lose at least some investor capital.  

That said, its been an establishment in the neighborhood for 4 yrs and now neighbors question what will move in next.  

Diversify Your Accounts: Consider spreading your funds across multiple accounts, including those held by established banks with robust regulatory oversight and deposit insurance.

Establish goals, continuously educate yourself, and expand your network.

Also in the beginning, establishing communication frequency and other expectations.
